An appetizer sampler that we had while in Sedona last week at the Cowboy Club. From left to right: Green chili rattle snake meatballs, cactus fries, buffalo brochettes, and cilantro flatbread. Yes, real rattle snake and buffalo!! Yummy! The dipping sauce is prickly pear, along with chipotle peanut butter. Rattlesnake is much like chicken and the buffalo tastes like beef.
